Navigating the Journey of Grief is a four-week program beginning the week of April 16. Grief comes in many forms… and results in emotional, behavioral, cognitive, physical, and spiritual changes. Grief work is the hardest work one ever does. We invite you to attend these five sessions to acquire some tools and companions to help you on this tough journey.
