Exhale November Meeting

Exhale is a group for mothers with children of all ages who want to experience authentic community, mothering support, personal growth, and spiritual hope. They meet monthly on Tuesdays at 9:30 a.m. Church membership at BUMC (or anywhere else) is not required or expected; this is a group for the community. Childcare is provided.
