Work Day for Fireplace Wood

Help us keep the cloister fireplace burning bright! We’re heading out to the farm for a morning of cutting, splitting, and hauling firewood, and we’d love to have you join us.

Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Byron Foster’s Farm

We’ll be cutting and splitting wood on-site, then loading it up and transporting it to the cloister for unloading. It’s a great morning of teamwork and we’ll aim to have everyone home by 12:30!

Equipment Needed! We’re counting on volunteers to bring the following:

• 3+ Trailers
• 3+ Chainsaws
• 2 Log Splitters
• A couple of Wheelbarrows
