Exhale Kick-Off

This is the first meeting with Exhale 2023-2024. Jen Meeks will be speaking on “Living Present”.
Exhale started in 2013 as a small Mothers of Preschoolers group (MOPS) consisting of five to eight women coming together to talk about relevant topics and just be together in community. Over the past ten years, our membership has grown to over 200 women.
Exhale is a group of mothers with children of all ages who want to experience authentic community, mothering support, personal growth and spiritual hope. The word “exhale” means “to breathe out intentionally”. Our prayer is for moms to be intentional about making time for themselves and to connect with a group that helps them grow in their walk of faith and to grow as women, wives, and mothers. We have women from a variety of religious backgrounds including Roman Catholic and Jewish members, and anyone is welcome.
The kickoff to this season is Tuesday, Sept. 12 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. This year we are living in the present, living with contentment and living life fully in the HERE & NOW.
NOW is the time to celebrate, NOW is the time to make changes, NOW is the time to live life fully, on mission, with Jesus and we can do all of that HERE, in our homes, HERE in our communities, and HERE within ourselves.
