Ash & Dash is the perfect way to begin your Ash Wednesday—quick, meaningful, and full of purpose. Start your morning by stopping by the BUMC parking lot for Ash & Dash from 7–9 a.m. Receive the imposition of ashes—a cross on your forehead to wear proudly throughout the day—along with a short prayer with Pastor Sam before heading on your way. If you’re able, the prayer room will be open for anyone who would like to linger a bit longer in God’s presence.
Looking for a more traditional experience? We will have a full Ash Wednesday service in the Sanctuary at 7 p.m. This service will also be livestreamed.
