MISSIONS at BIRMINGHAM UMC

SATURDAY, MARCH 16
RISE AGAINST HUNGER

Rise Against Hunger is a growing global movement to end hunger by empowering communities, nourishing lives and responding to emergencies. We are hosting a packing event for Rise Against Hunger on Saturday, March 16 at 10 a.m. This event provides a fun, educational way for you to literally lend a hand to people facing hunger across the globe. We will create an assembly line process with an educational experience to not only make a huge impact worldwide, but to touch your life as well.

There are two components to this.
1. We need to raise $4300 to pay for the 10,000 meals we will be packing. That’s just 43 cents a meal!
2.We need you to volunteer! Signup to let us know you plan to attend.
